I've looked all over to see if I could find a horizontal bi-fold door like the attached picture.  I haven't had any luck finding one.  I'm going to work on building my own, but thought I would throw it out there to see if anyone had something like this before I started.  If you do... could you upload it and share?  Thanks.

Sorry - I did not look at your image.  Obviously a different door type than skyfold.
