This is a soffit box profile to be used as a Roof Fascia Sweep (use the bottom edge).  Used to finish of the gable end of simple roofs.   You will need to join the sweep to the roof and then use the invisible linework tool to make the box look as one solid surface.  Has parameters for the slope and the overhang. this is a face based family (Truss Anchor for Concrete walls). Use the vertical face to place it (i.e. the vertical side of the concrete wall) and then just align it with the truss.

This family is parametric so you can set the width, height, panel opening angle and louvered blade angles.

It is restricted to 4 panels, 2left and 2 right, and if you open the panels wider than 90degrees it gets confused, so if anyone can fix this for me I will be grateful.
