he way that the flanking walls join the party wall on a terrice block of houses. As you all will know we have to follow the Robust detail plan for Block and wet plaster or face a big payout to a sound enginer for testing. leave a gap between the walls . You can't have an air layer external to the wall... Then if you want you can place structural columns for the studs if you need that level of detail in the model or preferably just use a detail component on your details of the appropriate scale.
