need to do this for many walls , I wouldn't recommend using the Edit Profile. I would create a family and load it into your project. I use RAC2009, so here is a family I created just then. u looking to do with the walls ? From what Im used to walls dont really have a family editor, but you can do alot with them still inside of the project, so what are you looking at chaning about a wall? s certain roof lines and walls below the roof. To test this, I deleted the 2 offending walls and the roof became OK to modify. How do I find the "references" that are causing the problem? When I ''activate dimensions" I don't see anything with a lock, but those lock icons are pretty smal

oing in and changing all walls to be removed to stay, (in the existing floor plan) and I completely eliminated the "new floor plan".
