Description: Never start what you can\'t finish!
I\'ve taken truevis\'s advice and got some materials from http://www.fls-tech.com/AR3/Pages/index.htm for the sky, tarmac and grcurse (good website!) Trouble is, once you start playing you can\'t stop....in and out of photoshop....changing the colours and brightness of materials....aaaggghhh! Damn grcursetexture!!!!

Actually prefer the first one which is excellent by the way ~ I find the buildings more readable ~ I know its early stages but note your sun flare and shadows

I agree, the first one does look better. It can be the case that you look at something too long and don't quite arrive at the right place!
It was an interesting excerise though, good to see how much variation in sky's etc can be achieved.
