lOOKS gOOD! FILL THAT GRAY COLOR ON THE BOTTOM RIGHT WITH SOMETHING ELSE- MAYBE WHITE AND I THINK THIS IS PERFECT!

Use a gradient starting with black and fading to white as it moves away from the building. Aim the gradient perpendicular to the building as well. That should look nice.
