Hai!

Can any one tell how to creat arrow  in different thickness or the arrow how we want,the arrow what I am talking is when we creat stair, automatically we get down arrow & up arrow.urgent pls.give the procedure for it.

You can change the thickness of the arrow line in the object styles under settings.  If you want to change how the arrow looks you could possibly switch it off in the element properties and draw it manually.
