In a project that I am currently working on there are different exterior wall types.  I have created each type and placed them in plan.  I then went through and join the walls, in some cases the walls joined cleanly, but in other instances a line showing were the walls connect is left in the elevation view.  I have made sure that all the walls are aligned and that did not resolve the problem.  Any suggestions?

Thanks

Paul

I've had the same thing happen...

For me it turned out be that one wall was checked as a "bearing wall"

and the other wasn't. Making both "bearing" solved it.  Good luck.

If all else fails, you can use the linework tool to make the joint lines between the walls to be "invisible lines"

Thanks for the reply.  I will have to try the lineworks tool next time.  I ended up doing a filled region which did the trick.
