Hi there Help is needed, I do I move level 0 to a known level on the imported 3D DWG topography drawing?

It's a little hard to understand your post, but I think you are looking for the relocate project tool. Go to Tools->Project Position/Orientation->Relocate this project. Use the tool in an elevation or section view to change the base elevation of the project.

Thanks but the problem is that if I move level 0 as you suggest the all drawing move up including the newly created 3D topography. And I would like to move level 0 to be level 53m for instance
