In my project I have extra Identity data in the project that I would like to delete. For example on a sheet it shows "Approved By", "Deisgned By", "Drawn By", and "Checked by". Only two of them are linked to anything (Checked By and Drawn By). How can I purdge or delete the other? They don't do anything. I know I can just work around this but I'd rather get this right. I thought that they were in the titleblock family but if I open that up then that doesnt have any identity data.

You will have to edit your sheet family and reload it.
