Depends. Is it a hybrid detail? i.e. is the detail part of the 3D model with 2D content? If so, create the detail from the section or plan, add the 2D content and place it on sheet. Then on that sheet select that detail and duplicate it with detail. It will make a copy up the top of the project browser. Drag that onto the second sheet. Now the detail is currently the same but on separate sheets. You will need to change both details on both sheets if they change but they both exist from the same source. If the detail is a 2D detail in Revit, create it, duplicate it and past them on separate sheets. You cannot have one detail on two sheets. That would cause confusion and a documentation nightmare. It would not be recommended.

You can duplicate as a dependant, and the dependant view will display the same detail as the parent view, even if it changes.  You will have to name them differently though (eg Section-1 and Section_1 and Section 1).
