Revit 2017 - I have been fighting this for two days. can someone tell me how to attach the right sink to the reference line so that it moves with the dimension change like the left sink. - Thanks Byron

Align and lock the sink to the Sink Location right reference plane.

Try this:

Move the right hand sink manually to the right. Activate the align tool and click the reference plane and then hover over the sink to see its centreline - click the centreline.  When you do this there is an option to lock it (open padlock).  Lock the padlock.
