in my building sections i have cut lines set as #4 black lines. projections lines for windows walls etc are set to #1 light grey. there are areas where projection line of the wall would overlap cut line. this makes cut lines apear thinner as they are partially obscured by grey projection line. not sure whay this is happening as projection items are further beyond and section is not cutthing through them. is there any way to control this? this only happens once printed to pdf, it looks all fine on screen.

It is probably your PDF converter.  Try switching off 'Use Hardware Acceleration' under Graphics in your options if you have not done this.  Alternatively, try another PDF printer.

So far the only thing that worked is raster instead of vector printing, which obviously sucks.
