How would you model this thatched roof? I only have an old drawing that is not correct and only gives me a sideview.

Open a conceptual mass family and create splines that define the various sections through the roof.  Create a form from these.  Once you import this into your model you can assign surfaces to it.

one question on conceptual masses.

I place point elements. I place a spline. Then I select the splines and make them into a create form/solid form.

From that moment on I can't see my point emements/grip points anymore. Where is the check box to make them visible again?

If you hover over the form that you created you should be able to select the splines.  Select these to show the points.  Select a point to moce it.

But I only see them when I hover over them. On youtube they show videos where you always see the grip points.
