I have a revit model and when I placed a as-built point cloud into the model I could not place the point cloud into position. The weird thing is it can be placed with accuracy in the north south axis but from east to west it jumps around (Osnap is not on). It's like it doesn't want to move in increments less than a foot, but north and south I can move very small increments.
