Revit 2014.  I know this has to work.  I have a higher education project with 5 consultants.  Each consultant has produced their own revit model that is linked into my architectural model, works great.  We are responsible for the cover sheets.  There are 220 consultant drawings that I do not want to have to type in, even though I am happy for not having to create dummy sheets.

On the drawing list, you have the option to copy to clipboard, you can supposedly save the list to a new file.  I have tried saving it to a new file but when I open the .rvt file, its blank.  If I highlight the text and copy to clipboard, there is no option to paste it to a schedule.  At least none that I can find.

What am I missing?  I do not want to type 220 sheet numbers and names.

Thanks in advance.

You don't copy their list - just schedule their sheets.  Check the box - "include elements in links".

Thank you WWHub.  Knew I was missing something easy.  Worked like it should.
