Hi everyone,

I have Revit 2014 and I have a problem when the video meant to show how a tool is working (for example, the one that pops up when you let the mouse on the Modify roof's sub elements tool) is loading.This video remains ever after until I close the software, repeating itself endlessly.

How could I fix this problem? Either cancel this helping function or make it function properly (I suppose it should close itself automatically).By the way, I have the same issue with autocad 2014. (it appears when the video explaining 3d modeling Blend, Patch, Offset is loaded. Impossible then to close the window poping up and which shows the way to blend, patch or offset a 3d surface...)

I've had strange graphical issues with 2014 also, though not what you experience.  I've read that there may be issues with NVidea cards / drivers.  Could that be what is causing the problem?

I think that was a bug they fixed in a service pack or hot fix ??

I used to get the 'permanent imprint' branded on my screen. Couldn't get rid of it wiithout shutting down REVIT. Very annoying. Haven't had it happen in a long time.

It's always worth playing with these switches as well.
