You can't, you have to train your staff.

Typically in the later releases, Revit defaults to the checkbox "create a new local" when the user attempts to open the central.

The DBAFILE attribute allows you to position all passwords and restrictions for multiple Master Files in one central file. every individual main file points to the present central management file. teams of Master Files with an equivalent DBA countersign could share a standard DBAFILE that itself has an equivalent DBA countersign. There ar many edges to the present technique, includingPuhasswords solely need to be keep once once they ar applicable to a gaggle of information sources, simplifying countersign administration.Data sources with totally different user passwords may be JOINed or COMBINEd. additionally, individual DBA info remains in impact for every information supply in a very be a part of or mix.The central DBAFILE may be a normal main file. alternative Master Files will use the countersign and security restrictions listed within the central file by specifying its file name with the DBAFILE attribute.
