Is there a way to do a continuous string of dimensions  of concentric circles?  I have a project with a long radiused wall with multiple materials and I want to do a string of dimensions from exterior face to exterior face and I can't figure out how to run the radius dimension continuously from one to another.  It seems to only want to dimensio from center of the radius to one face, not allowing me to dimensio to the next face.

Am I missing something?

If I understand your question right you can add a reference line to where you want to start dimensioning from then revit will let you pick the walls from face to face.  If I'm missing your point please add a picture to explain further what you are trying to accomplish

Teafoe, thanks but not what I meant.  From your image, I'm looking for a string of dimensions from the Centerpoint to each part all the way to the exterior most layer.

Draw a line alog what you want to dimension - from the center all the way out.  That will give you intersections to dimension to.  If you don't like the line, break it up so you just have small pieces crossing your circles.
