Maybe it is simple but not to me. How to create void mass as in the image?

Looks like you already have. Did you set what it was to cut? Did you read your HELP on voids?

What I need is the gray object (solid) to be as void to be nested in another family to cut a solid geometry.

As far as I know, only hosted families can have voids that cut their host. Otherwise the void has to reside in the family with the element to be cut.

Thanks for the reply
But I am not overly concern with the cutting issue (at the moment) I simply don’t know how to build that gray object as a void. I can make it as solid by cuting the solid with a void, I then left with a solid object the shape that I need. The problem is that I need it to be a void.

I'm sorry but this doesn't make sense. A void is not an object, its only purpose is to cut a solid. Looking at your image and reversing it says to me that you simply create a void like your solid and place it at an angle like you have. Any part of the void beyond the solid doesn't matter.....

Thanks for the help. I don’t want to bore you but your object is nearly there but not completely (see attached drawing).

You will need to create that like a "VOID BLEND", two profiles like you can see in my attached images, set the "Work Plane" to the "sloped" ref plane and draw (in plan view) the shape, then, select the other "Work Plane" ("flat" surface - top of that mass) and draw again the same shape, select the two profiles and select create void, done...
BTW, watch the video: http://screencast.com/t/7mS6e7BK7S
