In my current project, I have few curved walls with varying height on top. First, I created walls up to maximum height. To achieve varying height, I created 'Swept Blend' Void and cut the wall. All worked fine. But when I tried to add 'Spot Elevations' to show top levels of those walls at various locations on plan view, revit doesn't allow me to place the spot elevations.

Could anyone please help with suggestions. Thanks.

Also, I tried another option by adding sloped floor - Attaching the wall top to sloped floor - Hiding the sloped floor. Now I am able to add spot elevations on top of walls at various locations on plan. I cannot do this procedure for all other walls since the walls are too curvy and sloped floor following those curves doesn't give the result as desired.

This is not good that you can't elevate these points - I have not checked it out.  You should bring up with autodesk....

You may have to place a model element... just a "point" where you need an elevation.... a face based family should work.

Thank you. A tiny 'Face based family' solved my purpose.

However, need to raise this to Autodesk as suggested.
