Hi, This might be a bug - I've put text on a 3D view in a particular project. I'm careful not to rotate the view at all once I start applying text to it, as the text gets all messed up. Problem is, the next time I reopen the model the text is messed up anyway, as if the 3D view has slightly rotated, or loaded up incorrectly. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this problem or knows how to fix it? Col

I don't like placing 2D text in a 3D view so we place that text in paper-space.

I agree with WWHub, but if you must place text in 3d make sure you save the view before closing. The 3d view will not automatically save any rotation changes that are made. To save the 3d view you can right click on the little house icon next to the View Cube and select "Save View" out of the list. This should save your orientation of the view.
