I am working in Revit 2011 and my walls are being cut by the structural columns in regular plan views however for my enlarged details i an using callouts of the plans.  In the call outs the structural columns are not cutting the walls.  Anyone have this problem or know the fix?

Emmettking,

If you callout from plan, please also check if the material of wall and column are same. If they are/should be different , try splitting the wall to be cut for the structural column.

For whatever reason the callouts are detail views instead of plan view types.  As long as the callout is made in the floor plan as a "plan" callout everyhting works fine.  No idea how someon made them into or made them as detail views.
