Can Revit create a Schedule combining Gross Floor Area, Rentable floor area and Usable Floor area like the attached chart? i can do each one individually, but im not sure how to combine them without using Excel, which i'd prefer not to do. Thanks

Sorry Revit cannot combine the data like shown.  You can use Excel by exporting Revit schedules as text and linking into Excel. Or you could do an ODBC export and link into Excel, Access or SQL Server.  Another option I prefer is ODBC export and link to Crystal Reports.

Just be careful using ODBC as all units are Metric via ODBC export so you need to do the Imperial conversion on the DB side.

Another case of Revit is a database and using other database tools is frequently the answer.
