I was wondering if any 1 knows where the meterials liderary is in 2011, i got revit 2011 but there was no library in it, i have 1 on a disk but dont know where it go's or dose it matter where it go's 2. Any help would be great

The materials library is normally installed when you install the program.  Are you sure it is not there?

ya im sure i got it off a friend, who had it installed on his laptop, but he's using cad now so he passed it on to me, it didnt install when he first uploaded it, i got the liberiry off the net but any time i turn on revit it keeps asking me download the liberary and when i try is keeps saying folder cant be found!!!

Sounds like you have a pirated version of REVIT. Licenses are not transferable. You need a proper install.

According to the courts, licenses are transferrable...
