 I am having a problem with a family that I downloaded. I downloaded it along with about a dozen others. All the other files were later moved into my revit family folders. However, one file cannot be deleted or moved from my desktop. The file is called      Ceiling_Access_Panel_2039. One other interesting point is that all other revit files can be right-clicked to get to the properties information. This family does nothing when you right-click on it.

I would appreciate any advise you might have.

That's very odd.

I'd simply re-dowmload it, and instead of saving it to disk, I'd open it directly, and save it to the relevant folder.

I've had problems with downloaded families when save directly to disk, but none when opened directly from the website, and saved afterwards from Revit.
