hi, does anyone know, how to make a work view???...i don`t know if this is the correct name fot this kind of views, but i know you can kind of lock the views for sheets, and have other views unlocked to work; so the views on sheets will never change, doesnt matter how many people works on the project... hope u could understand me...

Cant you just create the view that you want get it set up how you want. Then right click the view and create a duplicate of the view. Label it "Work view of example"? I dont fully understand what it is that you are trying to do but I hope duplicating the view works.

You could filter your browser so that only views show that are not placed on sheets.

I know that once you place a view on a sheet you can activate the view and work on the view directly from the sheet. Is that what you are refering to....the Activate View command? cause you can do that either in the menu bar or by right clicking the view itself.
