Anyone ever have this problem before. I tried lowering the cut plane so it crosses the 1/2 wall but still the demolish tool is not an option. No problems demo-ing full walls. Is it an unconnected wall thing? Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Eric

Revit cannot demolish half an object, but you can split the wall and put the two parts into different phases.

Try changing the demolition phase in the element properties if the demolish tool doesn't work.
