I'm using Revit Arch. 2010 and I am tryin gto split my Drawing List into multiple columns.  The firm I justswitched to has 7 columns on their cover sheet and I want to be able to split the Drawing List into 7 parts, one for each column... how can I accomplish this?

Also, the project I'm working on has a couple of hundred doors, that all want to be scheduled individually.  My door schedule is going to need to be on multiple sheets.  How can I split the schedule and place pieces on different sheets?

Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure where you are going for with the drawing list, could you show us an example?

The door schedule (as far as I know) will have to be several different schedules, one for each sheet. Add filters to the schedule so it only includes a range of door numbers.

Click on the schedule when placed on a sheet and you will see the split button along the side, just like you do for a section.  Split it and move the split to another column.  Pull down one side of the split and the other column gets shorter...

You can read about this and see it graphically in the help : Splitting a Schedule on a Sheet

WWHub - I've gotten as far as splitting the shedule on the same sheet, but like arusso5, I have several hundred doors and they won't all fit on one sheet. After splitting the schedule, how can I fit the second and third columns on separate sheets? That's not really explained in the help section. Thanks for your help though.

WWHub - Nevermind...I figured it out. Copy door schedule, paste on separate sheet, apply filters to each schedule to only show selected doors on that sheet.
