I have my mouse scroll wheel to set up so scroll and zoom, and as the middle button to pan. That's all working just fine... most of the time. Occasionally it stops zooming when I scroll, and starts scrolling vertically. Closing the view and reopening it fixes it, but it generally happens again in a few minutes. Most often it happens with the 3D view, but it has happened with every type of view. I can go for hours without it happening, but when it does it happens often. I am 99.99% certain the problem is not with the windows setting, but a glitch somewhere in Revit. I am running Revit 64bit on WinXP.

Have you tried using a different mouse? Also. if you have a wireless mouse it may be the batteries.
