I have encountered a problem a few times with strip footing attached to a wall are appearing on the wrong level. For example I have a wall which goes from Cellar to Roof with a strip footing attached. I can see the the foundation dashed below the cellar floor when in the Cellar plan but also in the 1st floor plan. My View Range isn't set deep enough for this to happen & it only seems to occur on random walls. Anybody have any ideas why this happens? I know I can just hide it in the view but I'd prefer to know what's making it do this.

Can you attach some screen shots? Wall properties. View depths for 1st floor plan. Section of the wall and footing.
