So i have a building with different occupancy types on different levels. I have made a color scheme that colors rooms based on their occupancy type. When i place the color scheme legend in any given floor plan, the legend only shows occupancy types that exist on that particular floor; i need the legend to show all the possible occupancy types. Any ideas?

In the legend properties there is a 'Values displayed' property. Change this to 'All' as opposed to 'By view'.

THANK YOU! I kept assuming all the properties of the legend were in the 'edit scheme' dialogue. I didnt even think to look at element properties. Still getting used to dealing with this ribbon thing I guess.
