It seems that there is now precise way to lock views on a sheet into the same location on different sheets. For example multiple levels of a floor plan on separate sheets. I've seen multiple posts on this subject, but was wondering if this is possible in Revit 2009? Thanks for your time.

You can't snap on viewports, so you cant do it exactly. You can draw some lining up marks in the sheet family and give them a visibility parameter that you can switch off after aligning the viewports. It won't be exact, but if you zoom in close you can place them quite accurately.
