I have made my ground floor with text, when I did a call out for part of this ground floor plan (toilet), and the text already made in my ground floor, just disappear in the call out, is it normal, any way I can make a call out without losing the text? thanks

text is view specific. you can duplicate a view "with details" and change your scale/ crop to create your detail view and then "reference other detail" with your callout. Refering to the duplicated view.

You can also copy all the text to the clipboard and paste in the same place.
