I'm not sure of what kind of planter you're looking for, but if it's a planting box with those dimensions you can create it faster than you can download it - the image attached took about 1 minute and it includes materials. If this is what you're after, create an in-place component or create a new family if you have more than one and do a solid extrusion ofr the box and another for the soil. Give it the required materials and you're done.
