Has anyone tried to create live program sheets for rooms in Revit? We call them Program data sheets and they contain all of the room data, furniture, electrical , data, etc per room and a live floor plan if possible.

We would like to do this in Revit w/o exporting to Access if possible. I am remember someone trying to do this several years ago, but cannot find the past link.

This sounds like just a plan and appropriate schedules....

I think that you will have to use Access if you want a separate sheet per room.  It would be possible in Revit (by creating separate schedules for each type of element for each room and filtering out everything that is not in that room) but extremely tedious.  Once you have set it up in Access it will be automatic and add sheets for each new room.  I think that you will have to export the images separately and for each new room though.

You don't have to filter out...just have parameters that you can filter in....Once you set up a schedule for each category that filters "for", you can duplicate and just chage the "for".

For most scheduels ... it's just including the room.... But I don't know about MEP items.
