Someone had asked this question recently and it hadnt seemed like an issue for me but all of the sudden I am having problems with my texture map paths. It is happening to materials and decals. Does anyone know the fix?

I had the same issue, but found that once I mapped Additional Render appearance paths under rendering in options it worked. I now put my images into one file for maps and decals.

i told someone just the other day on here to do that exact same thing, I always do that. but now all of the sudden its not working for me. I think it has something to do with the wacky network at my office.

When you go to your decal dialogue box or render appearance maps does it say that the images are missing? Is it possible that someone moved the location on the network?

apparently an image I had copied into my folder full of texture maps copied as a shortcut to the original. This was causing MR to look in the wrong location for all my images.
