Revit Architecture 2009

I'm trying to print a sheet that has a viewport containing a reflected ceiling plan (i.e. ceiling grids, lighting, suppply/return air grilles, etc.).  I can see all of these elements in the view port.  However, when I go to print this sheet, the supply & return air grilles will not print (preview doesn't even recognize them).  These components are in the same workset as the ceilings, which do print.  All the settings seem to be the same.  What's really odd is that this is only the case at this one station, meaning that the 2 other users who have access to this file do not have the same printing problem.  The other two users can print the exact same sheet and all of the components are visible.

Things I've done to remedy:

It's a large file that hasn't been maintained as well as it should, so I purged, compacted the file, audited it, and copied the file to make it the new central file (i.e. copy, open, detach from central, save as central).

We have also reinstalled Revit on this particular computer.  Seemed to resolve other issues we were having with this station, but not this one.

Any thoughts would be great!  Happy Friday!

Although I haven't experienced this particular problem it would appear that this is a hardware problem rather than a Revit problem as it is the case case with only one workstation.  A possible starting point would be to switch off Hardware Acceleration if this is switched on.  If this is not the problem, try updating the graphics card drivers.
