This image shows a plan detail of a parapet cap modeled as a wall sweep.  I'd like to put an angled end on it so it butts up against the wall.  If you have any suggestions, please let me know!  Thanks!

You could just extend it into the wall, but you can also cut it with a void extrusion, created in the wall category.

First off, I forgot to clarify - I am using Revit 2009

When I extend the wall sweep into the wall it gets ugly, showing up in the details and elevations (it sticks out past the face of the wall a bit.)  I could do this, but I was just hoping there was a better way.

I also tried creating a void to cut it, but every time I try to create a family that is only a void, I get a warning message.  Maybe I am missing a step.

I was hoping there was a more simple solution.

Are you creating the void as a wall?  Also, is the sweep a hosted sweep, created in the modelling menu or created as part of the structure?  If it is part of the structure I don't think that you can do it, but if it is hosted you should be able to.  Create the void and cut the sweep before you finish the family.

How do you create that parapet??? With a create in-place OR using a profile when you create your wall???
