I have a title block that I'd like to stetch (flex) with a type parameter for height and width.  Problem is, our firm name should stay with the top right corner as the titleblock flexes and the sheet information should stay with the bottom right cornere as the titleblock flexes.

I'm getting random behavior based on what other objects I have in or near the titleblock... for example, if I pull all the titleblock junk out and put it to the side, the border will flex one way - with everything in place, the border flexes another!

I guess the real question here is how can I get control of constraint heirarchies?  I always thought if you picked an object to align to, that object would control the object being aligned (or dimensioned) but I'm not seeing that at all.

Something in your titleblock is constrained to one of the pieces of junk that you moved out.  If you use the align tool to align and lock objects it does not give the original item priority.  You need to constrain the object to the one that is being flexed.

Thanks Tim.  I went back and was super-anal about not creating a constraint and then constraining something to one of those objects (I used reference lines instead that everything was "tied" to) and this seemed to help a bit.  I did have this weird thing where I would get constraints hanging around from deleted items showing up in the error explainations - wtf!  Anyway better, but still getting alot of "that would over-constain the sketch" bs.... Arrrggg!
