How do I create a spiralling circular wall? I haven't been able to edit the profile of a curved wall like a straight one.

You Can't "Edit" the profile in circular walls, you can create a void with "Swept Blend" in the same category - WALLS...

Use a reference plane to define the slope of the wall. Pin it (I use reference plans a lot and pin them to let me know if I am deleting one that shouldn't be). Attach wall to reference plane.
