When I bring a decal into my model the outline shows up, but it will not render. It is on the floor surface. Any suggestions?

Did you apply the decal in the right face of the floor??? Did you change the parameters (properties) of the Decal like "Transparency"???

You are probably trying to apply it to a split surface. The split surface overides the other surface finishes. You can cut a hole in the floor and fill it with the same floor type and apply the decal to that.
