Hi, I created band using generic model (refer images) now i need this to merge with wall, i need the same hatch pattern and it should be able to do join geometry. Any idea how to achieve this? Thank you in advance push

Go into edit mode of you element. You should then be able to add materials. I would create this in the walls category rather than generic model but you should still be able to join the geometry.

hi, i removed that wall based family and created additional wall and sketched it to bring my band. But it would be better if we can add hatch material to the wall based family. Before i created materials inside the family and applied material inside project but the material did not assigned to it.any ways i solved my problemThank youpush
