I am using a custom profile on my mullions. Because of the "wings" off the sides, it is causing it to look incorrect when it intersects another mullion. Is there any way to get the it to pass thru part of the intersecting mullion so that there arn't any gaps as pictured in the other attached jpeg?

You can adjust the position of that mullion OR if you need create another profile, one for Horizontal and other to vertical...

Figured out how to do it. I got rid of the wings on the mullion, so that it's just a rectangle, and added them to the glass.

Seems like another solution is to make the vertical mullions continous, so that the horizontals butt into the sides of the verticals instead of breaking the verticals.  You can set this up in the curtainwall properties dialogue or by clicking the toggle switch that appears when you select a mullion in elevation.
