(Rev Arch 2009) I cant seem to change the color (perspective shaded view) of the ceiling. (using revit default 2X2 susp)... Nothing affects it. It remains grey no matter the material properties...any ideas?

It works fine on my end. Make sure you choose the color you want in the material properties dialogue. There is a check mark box that asks, "Use Render Appearance for Shading?" Make sure you leave that box unchecked, click on the color selector box, and choose the color you want. That should do the trick.
