Can anyone tell me how to undo an "override graphics in view"? I picked an element (wall), clicked the override in view "by element", unchecked the "visible" box....now I need the element visible again in my view.  Is it gone forever in the view or am I missing something???  Thanks for any help.

Click on the light bulb to reveal your hidden elements and unhide it.

Yep, thanks!  My problem was that i had a hidden roof above the wall so when I clicked the bulb all i could see/select was the roof, it was as simple as switching to wireframe so i could see elements below.  I guess that's what happens working late night.  Thanks.

What was written above is for hidden elements.  You need to right click on the element and pick over-ride graphics in view - pick by element.  Now you can pick the category and if it was over-ridden, pick reset.
