Switching from Autodesk Architecture to Revit. I need a fast way to calculate square footage of a floor plan or foot print. Just need it for client billing. Fees are based on square footage. Thanks

nowerdays I googled it and found a great off-line program square footage calculator , its really easy-to-use, can be download from sourceforge

You can also draw a filled region on top of the floor plan and it's properties will give you the square footage. Very easy.
