IF I HAVE AN ANNOTATION ON AN ELEVATION IS THERE A BRING TO FRONT COMMAND SIMILAR TO AUTOCAD. i HAVE TROUBLE TO SEE THE ANNOTATION SO CAN i MAKE IT STAND OUT MORE OR MAYBE LEAVE AN UNHATCHED REGION?

You can set the background of text to be opaque or transparent in its properties.

There is only a Bring to front for detail components in revit. You could make the background of the text opaque so it masks out whats behind it.

thank you very much for you quick replies

but now I wonder if I change the text on one of my elevations will it change it on all of my elevations or just that one? because the other ones need a transparent background.

Text is view specific. if you want to change all of it, Rt. Click on one of the text boxes and select all instances. That will select all the text in you project of the same type.
