how to build a curved wall in a certain angle? exmaple 60 degree.

May be like 'in place' family, the easiest way but not the best ...

in-place family as suggested by Xane - using a blend in plan. You will need to offset the top face from the bottom face the correct amount in order to get your 60º...
So it will require some trig.
