I'd like to make the enclosed attached file of a bench type deck rail as a deck rail system in Revit.

Just looking for a yes or no at this point.

If yes, is there a way to convert the bench framing member into a baluster or does it need to be made from scratch.

Haven't done much regarding creating content.

You can build a railing like this if you need to.

I am not sure how you modelled the supports - you may need to create new balusters from scratch although this should be fairly simple.
